BOI evaluates and recommends cases for issuance of Airport Entry Passes to those investors/companies whose equity investment is maintained equal/more than US$ 10 million in the country.

The companies those have Equity Investment upto volume of  US$ 10 Million are entitled for one Airport Entry Pass and subsequently Equity Investment upto  US$ 20 million for  two(2). For three(03) Airport Entry Passes the equity investment of the company  is required upto volume of  US$ 50 Million in the matter.

BOI recommended 117 cases to  Ministry of Defence during 2010 for issuance of Airport Entry Passes in favour of company’s nominated officials for protocol purposes.  (Please click for  details)

PROCEDURE

Step-1

Download and fill-in  Airport Entry Pass Form

Download and fill-in  Security Vetting Proforma

Step-2

Send request on company’s letterhead alongwith 03 passport size coloured photographs and 02 sets of following documents :   
i)     Application Form  (duly filled in) 
ii)    Security Vetting Proforma (duly filled in)
iii)   Copy of  Computerized National Identify Card (CNIC)  
iv)   Copy of Departmental/Service Card.
v)    Copy of  previous Security Pass, if any
vi)   Special Branch Clearance Certificate
vii)   A true certified copy of  latest audited financial statement, indicating equity investment of  the company .
